These terms govern your use of https://yaaldigital.com and the repair services provided by Yaal Digital, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. By using our website or handing in an item for service, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

  • You agree to provide accurate details (name, contact number, item and fault information) when you check in an item.
  • You are responsible for keeping your tracking link and OTP confidential; anyone with them can view your job.
  • You may not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
  • All content, branding and design on this site belong to Yaal Digital and may not be copied without permission.

Service terms

The following terms apply to every item accepted for service:

  1. All Estimates Prices are Approximate.
  2. All Equipment's Given for Repair are at Owner's risk.
  3. Our Responsibility ceases / starts only after the Equipments have been Received by us.
  4. All disputes are Covered Under Coimbatore Jurisdiction only.
  5. After Payment No Cash/Card Refund shall be made under any Circumstances.
  6. No Warranty/Guaranty for Replaced/Repaired Spare parts.
  7. For Internal Physical Damages and Water Leaks, issue can be identifiable only upon opening the product.
  8. The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
  9. The Products are accepted for Repair SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF SPARE PARTS. The due date for Service is only approximate & subject to availability. Reasonable care will be taken of the Product received for repair. In case of Spare parts not available, we will Return the Product.
  10. Packing and shipping charges of Rs. 450/- Extra apply for courier services.
  11. Prior to Repair/Replacement of spare parts, 100% Payment is Required.
  12. The Name of the Person Stated in Invoice is solely applicable to give Product for Service, and the provided Service Slip serves as the only original copy and it is mandatory to Bring during product Return after Service.
  13. The Company will be responsible for Returning the Accessories Recorded only in this Service Slip. If the Product remains uncollected within 45 Days after Service, the company shall have the right to dispose of the Product at any price and recover the service charges & other costs from the sale proceeds.
  14. Defective parts are not Returnable after Repair/Replacement. The Company is not responsible for the Product seized or taken away by CUSTOMS or any GOVT. The customer himself has to get it released at his own cost with necessary documents.
  15. Customer need to check the Product before Accepting it, if any issues are found after acceptance, we are not liable.
  16. Yaal Digital is Not Responsible For Delays, Damage, Or Theft During Shipping.

Estimates and payment

  • All estimate prices are approximate and may change after the item is opened and inspected; work proceeds only after you approve the estimate.
  • 100% payment is required prior to repair / replacement of spare parts, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The person named on the invoice / service slip is solely entitled to collect the item, and the original service slip must be produced at the time of collection.

Liability

All equipment given for repair is at the owner's risk. We take reasonable care of items received, but to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the service charges paid for the affected item. We are not liable for data loss, or for events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
