Shipping Policy

Yaal Digital is a camera service station. We do not sell physical products online; this policy covers how items sent to us for repair, and their return, are handled.
Sending your item to us
- You may drop your item at our service station or courier it to us. Our address is given below and on your check-in confirmation.
- Please pack the item securely and include your name, mobile number and service (job) number.
- Items sent by courier travel at the owner’s risk; we recommend using an insured, trackable service.
Return shipping and charges
- Packing and shipping charges of ₹450/- extra apply when a serviced item is returned by courier.
- Return dispatch is arranged only after the service amount has been paid in full.
- You may also collect the item in person during working hours; the original service slip is required at collection.
Processing and dispatch time
Repair time is estimated on your job and is approximate, as it depends on the fault and the availability of spare parts. Once your item is ready and payment is received, courier dispatch is typically arranged within 1–2 business days.
Transit risk
Yaal Digital is not responsible for delays, damage or theft that occur during shipping by the courier. Any transit claim is subject to the courier's terms.
